This painting shows Mount Monadnock as seen from an adjacent hill in Jaffrey N.H. on a hazy-bright fall day.
Dolores, who holds a BA from UNH, studied art at the Manchester Institute of Arts and Sciences. Her oil painting technique has been refined through the guidance of painter and teacher Betty Glass. She participated in Sheila Psalidas’ watercolor classes and has been a member of Sylvia Brofos’ dynamic watercolor group at Kimball-Jenkins for several years.
