Christine Schomer is a painter, potter, papermaker and print-maker who took the trip of a lifetime to Japan where she spent three weeks studying ceramics and learning how to use traditional tools and methods - an experience that changed her approach to designing and creating ceramics. Her work can be seen at the Mendocino Art Center and Ravenscry Studio in Inglenook, where she is part of the group known as Potluck.
