Item Description

This is a set of three wines; any would be perfect for a hostess gift, holiday party, or just a quiet evening in.

Dessert wines are a hot trend now, and the Cantina Gabriele Moscato, in its distinctive blue bottle, is a slightly sweet sparkling wine made with muscat grapes. This wine combines bold flavors of lychee fruit and cotton candy with just a touch of apricot. The Moscato should be drunk while young and fresh; always serve it chilled. It is kosher.

The Chimney Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2011, from New Zealand’s largest wine-producing region, has been described as clean, crisp, fresh, and punchy, with great acidity. A touch grassy, with deep aromas of honey, citrus, and gooseberry.

Finally, there’s a bottle of Mercedes Eguren Cabernet Sauvignon 2009. This wine was awarded 90 points by Wine Spectator! According to the WS review, this Cabernet Sauvignon “shows good focus, with black currant, licorice, smoke and light herbal flavors” leading to a “long, fresh finish”. It should age well. A classic with a good steak or a rack of lamb.

Top off your vino with a spectacular hand-blown glass hummingbird bottle stopper. This beautiful bird was created for you by artist Alexandra Farnham of Oregon. With whimsical colors and splendid details, he'll add beauty and whimsy to every bottle!
