Item Description
This beautiful still life print, from the Collections at the Museum of Modern Art in New York where the original painting is displayed, was likely painted at the turn of the 20th century. Redon's late flower pieces demonstrate his richly inventive imagination as well as a naturalist's sense of wonder that recalls his early fascination with Darwinian biology and his close friendship with Armand Clavaud, the curator of the botanical gardens in Bordeaux.
In its custom frame, this magnificent print will be a striking addition to your home!
