Although Ishikawa spent the 2007 in the majors, he returned in 2008 for 33 games, and in 2009 earned the right to become the starting first baseman. During 2010 World Series season, Ishikawawas used primarily as a pinch-hitter and defensive replacement. He ended up hitting .266 with three home runs and 22 RBIs for 158 at-bats. In Game 2 of the World Series against the Texas Rangers, he had a pinch-hit double and started Game 4 at first base.Donated By:
