Item Description

Cut Paper, 44" x 27"

The art of paper cutting is a technique that dates back to the 6th century in China.  Peace Garden is a wall or window panel of cut paper.  The imagery invites a moment of contemplation by depicting both Eastern and Western symbolism.  Although identifiable with particular philosophies, Peace Garden is meant to be a universal place of quiet.
