Two Signed Magnums, 2010 Pinot Noir - Kosta Browne Winery, Sebastopol, CA
Magnum each of Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, presented in a logo wood box, signed by Dan Kosta and Michael Browne. The magnums are not available for sale and are only available through non-profit events.
The Russian River Valley Pinot is a blend of eleven vineyards. The individual lots are all unique, providing distinct aromas and flavors, and giving the blend broad complexity. Layered aromas of rich, warm fennel and sage spice mingle with the red and dark fresh fruit components. The wine is pure, balanced, lush and focused.
The Sonoma Coast Pinot is rich, voluptuous and structured with dark black and blue fruit, deep texture and broad structure. The fruits slowly melt into all areas of the mouth, with rich dark fruit character toward the mid-palate, followed by creamy black cherry, dark plum and dried currants. There is an intensity to this wine that is followed by a slow release of complex flavors and textures.
