- Evaluation of the U.S. Government market for a selected product line or service offered by your company, including an estimate of the size of market, identification of potential customers, and specific current and near-term opportunities within the U.S. Government for your product or service.
- Evaluation of your company’s business processes and expertise, identification of gaps or shortfalls in your business processes or skills/ expertise that may make it difficult for you to do business with the Government, and recommendations to address them.
- A final report in your choice of format (MS Word or PowerPoint) suitable for presentation to your board of directors
