Item Description

24” W x 19 ½” H x ¾” D – Photography

Strong lines, vivid colors and a little mystery are all important in my images. “Lines of Life” incorporates all of these elements. A vibrant mature Canna lily leaf hiding newly developing leaves gives a sense of the power of nature’s lines to provide sustenance and growth as well as beauty and structure.

Don Swavely is a MA photographer.  Don’s work was chosen to appear in the 2011 8 Visions Show at the Attleboro Arts Museum.  He was awarded Best Abstact at the 2010 Attleboro Arts Museum Members’ Exhibition. Working with the abstraction of both natural and manmade subjects, his work has the characteristics of fine paintings.
