Dawna graduated from the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley, California and received a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine. She also completed postgraduate study at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Tianjin, China one of China’s leading teaching and research hospitals where she received a certificate in the field of post stroke recovery.
She has worked side by side with many health care professionals to help improve the quality of health care in this country. Over the years she has worked in many health care settings including community style clinics, detox and rehab settings, yoga studios, hospitals, retirement communities, and doctor offices. She currently has a private practice in Pasadena, CA.
