Color captures a moment. No color in nature is the same; no moment repeats. Jane is drawn to shorelines, marshes, and dunes where an expanse of sky clearly meets the earth. At these spacious locations nature’s hues appear timeless.
Jane Lincoln has been painting Cape Cod landscapes for forty years. She is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod. She has had over thirty, one person shows and has exhibited at over forty museums and galleries. She is listed in the Art in America Guide and Who’s Who in American Art. In 2011 she earned her MFA from Mass College of Art and Design.
Item Special Note
This item can be shipped via UPS or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 6 – 10, 2012. The Museum is open Tuesday – Saturday from 10-4pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
