Item Description
Photography, 27" x 31"
This photograph (shot with a Nikon D80, Nikkor 50 mm, f 1.8) is a part of a series of work that Jenny has shot at the Charles Umlauf Sculpture Park in Austin, Texas. When Jenny happened upon this gentle, meditative woman, the caterpillar that was resting on her cheekbone inspired her photograph. To Jenny, it resembled a scar and she was immediately enveloped by the thought that both caterpillars and scars represent transformation.
