Item Description
Six Hour Sonoma/Napa Wine Tasting, Lunch, Vineyard Tour for 4 -Speedy Creek Winery, Knights Valley, CA & D Vine Wine Tours, Windsor, CA
Join Da Vine Wine Tours and Speedy Creek Winery for a unique six hour wine country experience.
Mid-morning, you’ll be whisked away by Denise Andersen from Da Vine Wine Tours. Denise has been hosting wine tours for over 11 years, has an extensive knowledge of wine, the wine regions of Sonoma and Napa, as well as local wine making history.
Your first winery stop will be a custom designed tour and tasting at a favorite Napa Winery. From there you'll travel to the exclusive Knights Valley appellation to meet Dave and Kathy Burton for a private lunch and tasting at Speedy Creek Winery.
Speedy Creek is a small sustainably farmed family vineyard, known for growing the type of high quality fruit that makes extraordinary wine and their small lot award winning production comes from estate grown mountain fruit. Knights Valley offers an ideal blend of land, climate and location that combines to make the perfect environment for Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Zinfandel vines to thrive.
At Speedy Creek's beautiful setting, amongst the vines, you'll relax and enjoy a full lunch and tasting of small lot wines made from their estate mountain grown fruit. You'll also enjoy samplings of favorite Italian delicacies and savory homemade treats.
You’ll join Dave and Kathy for a guided tour from the family farmer’s perspective or walk through their sustainably farmed vineyard. After your visit to Speedy Creek you'll finish your day with an additional wine country tasting at one of Denise's favorite wineries.
Valid Sunday through Thursday, subject to availability. Pickup and drop-off are available in Napa and Sonoma counties only. Valid until October 21, 2013.
