Heidi is an active Theater & Film Director and was a lead Casting Director at Telsey+Co in New York for over 70 productions of theater, film, voice overs, and commercials.
Heidi has a highly respected eye for actors in the industry and is the "go to" private acting coach for Casting Directors, Agents, and Directors when actors need that extra "growth or push" in preparation for a significant role or audition. Her career has spanned several media and arts professions: film director, casting director, opera director, private acting coach, and theater director.
As a teacher and coach, Heidi supports the actor to keep getting back up and fight the good fight. She puts the Actor first, at the center of the audition, and works to shift the actor's perspective to be informed and empowered. She has coached thousands of actors to book jobs, receive New York Times rave reviews, and to enjoy the audition process.
