Located near the St. Marks Lighthouse
Only 16 miles south of Tallahassee you’ll find the peaceful little fishing village of St. Marks, Florida. Unlike hundreds of years ago when the area was a bustling seaport on the Gulf Coast, today it is one of North Florida’s most popular boating, fishing, bicycling and outdoor destinations. Along with the many natural attractions that make St. Marks a special spot, is The Sweet Magnolia, a picturesque Bed and Breakfast Inn.
Fresh and salt water fishing is abundant in the area, the St. Marks Wildlife Refuge has world-famous bird watching. This park is also a famous autumn gathering point for millions of Monarch Butterflies waiting to migrate across the Gulf to Mexico. The St. Marks Lighthouse, located in the park, was built in 1831 and still serves as a navigational guide to mariners plying the coastal water.
Item Special Note
No weekends or holidays with the exception being made if you choose to pay for an additional 2 nights, in which case you can come anytime you would like.
