Celebrate Vermont does just that… bringing to life in the midst of summer the essential elements of Vermont’s two centuries of working landscape: its people, produce, arts, crafts and abundant harvests.
We will celebrate the foods, farms, forests, and markets that have made Vermont a durable symbol of community. We will introduce the people, organizations and small businesses that drive Vermont’s modest, but durable economy.
Our partners in this celebration are not only the farmers, foresters, value-added processors, artists and manufacturers of yesterday and today, but also the innovators – those inventing today the promise of a sustainable tomorrow, especially in energy, agriculture, and forestry. Vermont has a long history of growing with nature, not against it and that’s what we will celebrate in the abundant fields and forests of Stowe on four days in August.
