Item Description
Goodrich's Maple Farm is located at 2427 US Route 2 in Cabot, Vermont. Family owned and operated since 1840. Seven generations of dedication have made our award-winning maple products sought by customers from all over the world. In the beautiful post & beam building, able to accommodate large groups, visitors enjoy FREE, educational tours by the Goodrich family. Visiting the sugarhouse in the springtime boiling season of March and April brings extra treats - syrup warm from the evaporator and the all-time favorite treat: Sugar on Snow. See the sap boiling from 40,000 trees in our evaporator! The smell of the sweet sap boiling teases you with visions of pancakes and waffles! Sugaring season lasts approximately 4 weeks but we are open YEAR ROUND.
Normal business hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday, closed Sundays and Holidays.
Enjoy samples of syrup, delicious maple spreads & homemade jelly at our taster's table! Our gift shop has a full line of our own maple products as well as other locally produced items. We can assemble a gift basket or gift box for you in just a few moments for your special gift giving needs. We can supply your client gifts or wedding favors as well. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Watch one of our maple videos and learn all about the maple process from our trees to your table! We have lots of displays of antique maple equipment too! Our tours are both fun and educational, full of Vermont humor!
