Located in the heart of the historic Gaslamp Quarter, the Gaslamp Plaza Suites San Diego is an all-suites property surrounded by shopping, theater, art galleries, and more than 100 restaurants and night clubs. The original architectural aspects of this historic hotel are still evident, including original marble on walls and stairways, coiffured ceilings, brass elevator doors, and Australian gumwood carpentry around the etched glass windows and doors.

Enjoy jazz music and a glass of wine in the Syrah Wine Parlor or dip into something different at the Melting Pot, a fondue restaurant. The Gaslamp Plaza Suites is approximately a half mile away from the San Diego Convention Center, as well as Petco Park (home to the San Diego Padres), one mile from Seaport Village, two miles from the world famous San Diego Zoo, and eight miles from Sea World. It is also close to other tourist attractions like Balboa Park, Coronado, San Diego Harbor, San Diego Cruise ship terminal, House of Blues, Civic Theatre, and the newly remodeled Balboa Theater.
