The Music: Two superb reserved seats to a fully-staged production of the opera, "Die Fledermaus," by Johann Strauss. Our music majors will thrill you with their formidable talent. Musical accompaniment by the university's orchestra, the Southern Maine Symphony Orchestra, directed by Robert Lehmann.
The Menu: Start your evening with your fine dining experience at "91 South" at the PineCrest Inn, open for dinner from Thursday through Saturday, less than five minutes from the Gorham Campus on Rte. 114. We recommend a 6:00 - 6:15 p.m. dining reservation.

Choose from the following performance dates: March 8, 9, 10, 13, 15 and 16, 2013. Performance times are posted below. These performances will take place in Russell Hall on the Gorham campus. Note: The restaurant at the PineCrest Inn is open for dinner from Thursday through Saturday. Therefore, if the winning bidder chooses to attend the Sunday, March 10 or Wednesday, March 13, 2013 opera performances, they will plan their dining for a different evening.

Our continually evolving menu features global comfort food presented by emerging top chef, Chef Noah Gaston; a fusion of innovative casual cuisine which incorporates fresh catch Maine seafood and just picked produce from local farms & orchards, as well as our own gardens.
