Item Description
Hand-painted chair by Brittany Ferguson. The chair is made of solid wood and is 17x21x39"H.
Item Special Note
Brittany created the design on the chair with the thought of creating a place where anyone can sit and daydream a while during the busy days of our lives. Daydreaming, to Brittany, is never a bad thing. Kids daydream all the time, and she feel it clears our mind and relaxes us. This chair is supposed to be used to daydream, to read in, to take in the idea of being young forever.
Biography: Brittany has been a native Hoosier for the past 25 years, and is currently finishing her Master’s degree in printmaking at the Herron School of Art and Design where she also received her BFA in Printmaking and in Ceramics. She is an avid supporter of our military and a big time animal lover, so she takes part in a lot of community projects when she is not in the studio.
Materials used: wood burning, prismacolor pencils, acrylic paints, clear polyurethane
