Item Special Note

Redeem by November 13, 2013. Reservations required no more than 30 days in advance. When calling for reservations, please provide the Authorization Code and Certificate Number. A credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation. Subject to availability. Midweek, fall, and early winter reservations are suggested. Not valid most dates in March and April, or on summer weekends. The original certificate must be presented at check-in and may not be renewed, replaced, or redeemed for cash. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival or certificate becomes void.

All hotel stays are for two people (unless otherwise noted); are subject to availability; cannot be extended beyond the specified expiration date; and require advance registration, notification of certificate use at the time of reservation, and presentation of original documentation upon arrival. A credit card may be required to confirm a reservation. Lost or stolen vouchers/certificates cannot be replaced. Taxes and any resort fees are the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise noted. Only those services listed in the item description are included. Incidentals will be the responsibility of the guest. Since some blackout dates may apply (especially during holidays and special event periods), AH&LEF recommends to our bidders that they have a few redemption dates in mind in order to avoid disappointment. We have noted all restrictions in the item descriptions that were provided to us. We do not have the ability to confirm the availability of specific dates or rooms.
