Coaching, yes, but not just any coaching, Thought Coaching! The one aspect of our lives that lies at the heart of how we live and feel everyday is also often the least examined. We will look at the the quality of your thinking and see how it’s working for YOU. We will look at the feelings that your thinking is creating, how you act when feeling that way, and the results you get in your life accordingly. It is fun, it is scary; it is real, raw, and transformative.  A limiting thought, once seen through to the core, will never come back to haunt us in the same way.  Once we have clarity of mind, then the life that is looking to emerge through us can be seen and lived out. Can’t wait to see.

Brett has been practicing the art and science of Chinese Medicine and Yoga since 1999.  He is both a licensed Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher. This unique path of parallel study has provided Brett with the tools to address and support the whole person.

In Chinese Medicine it is said that 98% of disease arises in our lives from mental-emotional disharmony. This is the guiding philosophy that informs the work that Brett does as a teacher, practitioner, and facilitator. To this end Brett became a certified professional Life Coach in 2012. Life Coaching with Brett is like learning to do Yoga in your mind. The benefit of this is the ability to find freedom from minute to minute while in the midst of your life. Strength and flexibility of mind are built as we become more and more conscious of what occupies our mental space and learn to meet whatever arises with understanding.   From this place of flourishing we move into whatever life is asking of us. 

Brett uses the three disciplines of Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and Coaching with each individual according to what is most called for.  In doing so the body and mind come into greater harmony revealing our essence as spirit itself.  

Brett certifies himself daily to step in to unconditional peace, love, and freedom. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, building beautiful things, and exploring the natural world.

This item entitles the bidder to four hours of his services, once a week for a month.

If you bid on a tangible item, we’ll mail your item the week after the close of the auction on November 18. We will add $4.99 to your charge for shipping and handling for small items and $9.99 for larger items. You’ll be charged the actual shipping price on items of significant weight. We will mail these the least expensive way available from the United States Post Office (i.e., media mail for books and magazines), with delivery confirmation. If you’re concerned about shipping costs, please contact auction@theoptimist.com for a quote.

Global Light Media will pack each item with care but is not responsible to donors or bidders for lost or damaged materials.

Any product proven defective will be replaced with a product of equal or better quality at no cost to the bidder. We guarantee bidders will be sent all items they won. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times.

While Global Light Media is not liable for anything beyond our control that occurs as a result of the auction, the company will reimburse any bidder who does not receive an item or experience that fulfills the description on the auction site for the amount paid to Global Light Media through the site.
