Item Description
a Digital Photograph taken in Franklin, Vermont. Photograph is 9" x 7" and is matted and ready to drop into a standard 11'"x 14" frame.
Carol J. Truesdell is a Photoshop artist based in Underhill Center, Vermont, who spends summers in Franklin, Vermont and enjoys photographing the numerous, beautiful barns in that county. Carol's images begin as RAW digital photographs that are manipulated in her digital darkroom. The resulting image is intended to look more painterly than photographic. All images are printed with archival ink on mould-made water color paper. Carol's art has been in numerous juried shows. Her images can be acquired through the following galleries:
Bryan Gallery in Jeffersonville, Vermont
The Helen Day Art Center in Stowe, Vermont
the South Walden Schoolhouse Gallery, Walden Vermont.
She won several awards at the Vermont State Fair and her barn images are in the private collection of the Ledyard Bank.
