Item Description

Experience stress release through three remote sessions of Deep Field Relaxation.

Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 pm your time, Clif Sanderson will focus
for one hour on the distant sessions list, which will include your name if you request it. During this hour,
you should lie down, practice deep breathing and visualize positive changes happening. lf
you drift off to sleep that is also OK...it works equally well! The energy may be felt by you at the time, or
later. You may feel warmth, tingling or electric sensations pulsating in difïerent parts of the body. Those sensations may lead to physical, emotional or
spiritual changes. Whatever you feel at first, there is invariably some gentle reaction, which tells you that a
change has begun. Just observe it, allow the mind to wander, perhaps in a dreamy way, with nothing
particular to think about. Stay in silence. You are welcome to ask any questions by email between sessions.

New Zealander Clif Sanderson pioneered the practical use of consciousness as a
powerful transformational force. His highly acclaimed Deep Field Relaxation method brings profound
changes to people's physical and psychological states.

His work with the victims ofthe Chernobyl nuclear accident was acknowledged by the Russian
Ministry of Health with a special award for Humanitarian Service to Medical Science.

He is the author of the highly popular Knowing Nothing, Living Happy book and the Mind Music CD.
