Hellerwork™ is a powerful system of deep-tissue structural bodywork designed to re-align your body’s muscles and joints, and re-educate their movement. The sessions provide long-lasting relief and release from physical and emotional tension, aches and pains from physical injury and generally, rigidity, low energy, stress.

Properly aligning and integrating your body’s structure corrects imbalanced movement habits and helps you regain your natural well-being and grace of motion. This process promotes energy, youthful vitality, flexibility, improved posture, a new connection with your body, and your true potential for health and vitality.

Hellerwork™ typically involves a series of eleven 90-minute sessions, but you can also experience its benefits in non-series tune-up sessions and through Heller-based relaxing massage.

Roy Strassman, M.S. and senior Hellerwork practitioner, has been practicing Hellerwork™ for 32 years and is one of founder Joseph Heller’s original students.

If you bid on a tangible item, we’ll mail your item the week after the close of the auction on November 18. We will add $4.99 to your charge for shipping and handling for small items and $9.99 for larger items. You’ll be charged the actual shipping price on items of significant weight. We will mail these the least expensive way available from the United States Post Office (i.e., media mail for books and magazines), with delivery confirmation. Global Light Media will pack each item with care but is not responsible to donors or bidders for lost or damaged materials.

Any product proven defective will be replaced with a product of equal or better quality at no cost to the bidder. We guarantee bidders will be sent all items they won. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times.

While Global Light Media is not liable for anything beyond our control that occurs as a result of the auction, the company will reimburse any bidder who does not receive an item or experience that fulfills the description on the auction site for the amount paid to Global Light Media through the site.
