Item Description
Pueblo potter, Norman Paytiamo, designed and signed this ceramic pottery painted with traditional Pueblo geometric designs. According to the artist, the brown and black represents the earth and the clouds, and the lines represent the rain and the snow.
Norman Paytiamo is a brother of Pueblo potter and KUNM on-air host, David Paytiamo, and is of Laguna and Acaoma Pueblos in New Mexico.
The pottery is 7" wide x 5" tall with a 5" opening.
