Julia Morgan's historic "little castle" offers a distinctly romantic ambience from eras past. Its orante moldings, high ceilings and arches, manicured courtyards and sweeping views of San Francisco make it an ideal setting for weddings.
This wedding package, valued at $30,000 and for 100 people, includes rental of four second floor rooms: the Members Lounge, Terrace, Venetian Ballroom, Julia Morgan Room, and the first floor Drawing Room (photos included here). Also includes furniture, catering, and vendor package (florist, photographer, dj etc.)

- Tables
- Chairs
- Floor length linens
- Choice of colored napkins
- Bartender fees
- Honeymoon suite based on availability at contract signing
- Set up and clean up fees
Food and Beverage Package:
Dinner for 100 people (Chosen from Berkeley City Club Menus)
- Choice of 2-3 hors d’ouevre
- Salad
- Entrée
- Cake Cutting
- Four (4) Hour Full Bar Package (House Red and White wine, Well Liquor, domestic and imported beer, juice, soda, sparkling and still water)
Vendor Package
- Florist: Up to $4,000
- DJ: Up to $1,500
- Cake: Up to $1,000
- Photographer: Up to $2,000
- Officiate: Up to $300
- Day-of Coordinator: Up to $1,500
Wedding Duration up to Six (6) Hours, not to exceed 11:00pm.

Additional fees apply if guest attendance exceeds 100.
A payment plan is available consisting of a non-refundable 50% minimum down payment upon the auction's closing date of December 21, therefore credit cards will only be charged the 50% amount at that time. Full payment would need to be received within 90 days of the auction's closing date, on or before March 21, 2013. This applies to either the buy now price or if you choose to bid and are the winning bidder.
