The Incubator Arts Project, in their home at St. Mark's Church, produces some of the hottest new performance work around (including many of the Starr's favorite artists.) With this package you'll receive two seats to every New Performance Series production in 2013 including the Other Forces Festival! (That's up to 20 performances at a fraction of the cost...)
Incubator Arts Project is artistically led by a team of curators who are all working artists in the contemporary performing arts field. It is housed in one of the avant-garde's most historic venues the upstairs theater at St. Mark's Church in-the-Bowery. IAP began in 2006 as a summer program of Richard Foreman's legendary Ontological-Hysteric Theater, eventually growing into an independent entity, winning an Obie award, and taking over the theater in 2010.
The New Performance Series is the Incubator's signature producing program that features contemporary artists working to redefine the multiple forms of 21st century performance. In January, IAP presents Other Forces, a festival that highlights select Incubator artists in repertory.
Item Special Note
Good for two seats to any New Performance Series production from January 2013 through December 2013. Does not include tickets to Short Form or Music programs. DOES include tickets to any events in the Other Forces Festival. Subject to availability.
