Margot Cheel is an arts graduate of Middlebury College, founder of Twin Willows Craft Center (Ottawa Canada),a licensed Private Pilot, Chapter Chair of the Ninety-Nines, Eastern N.E. (the International Women Pilot’s Organization, founded by Amelia Earhart), and Past President & Board Member of the New England Chapter of ASMP (American Society of Media Photographers).
Margot’s aerial photography has been chosen for juried exhibitions in New England, Florida, and Ontario Canada as well as for numerous publications, calendars, and environmental presentations.
“Through my aerial photography I aim to increase awareness of the beauty, power and fragility of our earth, as well as encourage thoughtful use and long-term preservation.”
