Item Description
A thoughtful gift for any new parent, whether yourself or a loved one! Parenting in the modern world can be chaotic, full of contrarian opinions and theories. It can make even the most competent adult quickly feel overwhelmed. Now imagine offering the rarest, most treasured gift a new parent craves: time. Time to learn how to simply be what we naturally are- a parent, a child, connected.
At Present Parenting classes, parents and their babies meet in a calm, soothing environment to observe and enjoy their infants exploring, interacting, and playing naturally.
These parent/infant classes are based on the RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers) technique which focuses on simple toys and keeping babies lives calm. Parents are taught key facts about child development, small nuggets of wisdom that can help any new parent fend of the hazy uncertainty of new territory and remain confident, wise and calm.
