The high bidder will engage in a one-hour body psychotherapy session with guided body imagery and emotional processing in Ute's office in Point Pleasant or Mount Airy, Pennsylvania.

Because of early child-hood wounds or trauma, our bodies carry physical contractions and habitual survival mechanisms that speak of fear, anger or sadness. These responses often sabotage us, causing emotional and therefore physical illness. Ute Arnold offers a finely tuned holistic process with which she will guide you. This will help you to access deeply buried memories and emotions to re-establish a cellular balance and healing response. Her gentle Unergi Holistic Therapy Method offers a balanced, expansive well-being of body-mind-emotion and spirit.

You may cover any of the following:

- How to give your body a chance to discover your truth through direct body-talk,

- Setting healthy boundaries by honoring your resistances, you will learn when to say “no” and when to say “yes”, building safe and trusting relationships.

- How to safely release feelings related to physical and/or emotional neglect or abuse

- How to experience new levels of awareness, and with conscious choice you will redirect habits of thought or feeling that have been learned in the course of your life.

Ute Arnold, MFA, founded and has been directing the Non-Profit Unergi School of Body-Psychotherapy since 1993. She developed the Unergi Body-Psycho-therapy method by integrating the Alexander Technique, Unergi Core-Support, Gestalt Therapy, Art Therapy and the Healing Forces of Nature. Ute is a visual artist and Holistic Body Psychotherapist and author of the book Touchback with Unergi Body-Psychotherapy: A Self-Healing Journey with Body, Art & Nature, which will be available shortly as an ebook on Ute’s website.

She has been leading workshops and training since 1978, for centers in France, Italy, Greece, Scandinavia, Canada and the United States. She holds degrees in art and design from Schaeffer School of Design in San Francisco and the Chelsea School of Art in London, England and is a certified Gestalt Therapist and Alexander Teacher.

Any product proven defective will be replaced with a product of equal or better quality at no cost to the bidder. We guarantee bidders will be sent all items they won. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times.

While Global Light Media is not liable for anything beyond our control that occurs as a result of the auction, the company will reimburse any bidder who does not receive an item or experience that fulfills the description on the auction site for the amount paid to Global Light Media through the site.
