Item Description
This Giants 2010/12 World Series Celebration Stack is beautifully displayed in an 8"x10" frame.
In 2010, the Giants became the darlings of the baseball World, winning the NL West on the last day of the season, upending the Atlanta Braves in 5 games in the NLDS, defeating the heavily favored Phillies in 6 games in the National League Championship Series, and crushing the powerful Texas Rangers in 5 games to win the Giants first World Series Championship in 56 years (and first ever in San Francisco!). And all in wonderful...torturous... fashion. What a year to be a Giants Fan!
And guess what? In 2012 they did it again, this time with a new kind of Torture. Fighting off Six elimination games on their way to the World Series, the Giants were up to their same old post-season drama. But just when Giants fans thought they couldn't take any more, the Club confounded just about everyone with their dominating 4-Game Sweep of the favored Detroit Tigers. Go figure.
Special remembrances from a very special era of Giants baseball. And great gifts for any long-suffering Giants fan who now finds his team the toast of the Baseball World!
