An exceptional one bedroom condo in the prestigious North Coast Village of Northern San Diego county. The complex is located minutes from Lego Land in Carlsbad. The San Diego Zoo and Sea World are approx. 30 min. away. And Disneyland is approx. 40 min. north. Spa day and shopping in La Jolla is approx. 20 min. away. FUN FUN FUN. The condo is furnished with two comfortable queen size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa in the separate living room.

It is newly appointed with everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. All linens and furniture are in excellent condition. Two televisions, a dvd player, cd player radio, emergency use phone, private bbq on the private patio, and sand toys for the kids, including boogie boards. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make all of your favorite dishes that you would make in the convenience of your own home, and also cut costs of eating out every meal.The condo is very clean, cozy, quiet and perfect for family or a couple. It is a non-smoking unit, and due to CC&Rs, pets are not allowed.

The complex boasts beautiful paradise gardens, two swimming pools and two hot tubs. There is a small putting greens. Full gym and cardio room with sauna and showers in the locker room.. In the recreation/meeting room, there are two billiards tables. There is also table tennis! There are coin operated laundry facilities through out the complex. But the best thing is that it is STEPS TO THE BEACH !!!!! You will not believe the ease and convenience of taking your family to the semi-private beach. There are showers through out the grounds to wash the sand off, they have thought of everything.

This is a year round rental, so if you are considering winter get aways from the cold, come and hybernate at the beach, the monthly rate for winter time is very reasonable. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security on the grounds. There is private underground assigned parking, please no vehicles over 6 feet.

The North Coast Village complex is located right next to the Oceanside Marina, they offer services such as kayak, and sail boat rentals. They also offer day trips for whale watching and deep sea fishing. There are several restaurants and shops located at the marina.
