Item Description

Most big visions never make it out of our heads, much less into reality. We have been taught from a young age to let them go as it’s just "not possible." Yet all positive change in our society can be attributed to people fulfilling on big visions.

It's so easy to think "I'm not a visionary. I can't do that." Yet after 20 years of working with people across every level of government, small and big business and non-profits, Elizabeth Frisch has found that being a person who can take big visions to reality has nothing to do with where you came from or what education you have, and everything to do with following simple steps to nurture the idea out of your head, share it and spread it into the world.

This webinar series, running from January 15 to March 15, teaches seven practices involved in becoming a master at shepherding an idea out of your head and into your home, workplace, community and world. Wherein most books talk about people and their visions and the results, few books give the framework so anyone can replicate that success.

Based on Elizabeth Frisch’s book, Mission to Million$, to be published in early 2013, the webinar is intended to bridge that gap and empower more individuals to succeed on their big ideas.

Elizabeth Frisch has more than 20 years of experience leading, teaching, designing, and coaching engineering, environmental, and organizational development programs nationally.  She has facilitated hundreds of retreats, events, training courses and workshops.  She is also an executive coach and skilled at facilitating difficult dynamics.  Her work in the for profit, non-profit, and governmental areas allows her to bring a broad and unique perspective on how to combine the best practices in each model of business to create organizations that deliver on their vision and mission and have fun doing it!  From the plant floor to the top floor, Elizabeth is just as comfortable in a hard hat and boots as working with boards and C-level management.

Elizabeth jokes she is a "recovering engineer" as she holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. With 20 years of experience in the implementation and auditing of environmental and compliance management systems and compliance programs, she has had ample opportunity to observe and study human behaviors causing system successes or failures. Having worked in so many realms across 50 different industries, the U.S. military, municipalities, non-profits and all levels of governments, Elizabeth brings an insightful, humorous and broad-reaching perspective on human nature and behavior to each group she works with.
