Ever feel like everything is connected to the Internet, except you? If your house needs some networking help (connecting to the Web, working wirelessly, set up with security controls so your neighbors can't use your connection) ... then this support is for you.
Wireless networking support similar to the GeekSquad.
In home consultation - up to two visits, max 4 hours each. Location must be within New York City.
Service may include:
- Set up, configure and secure your router; safeguarding your personal information by securing your broadband signal from use by others
- Configure connection to ISP (internet service provider)
- Install and configure networking adapter on up to 2 computers/devices - (PC, Laptop, Gaming Console, Network Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Network-Enabled TV, etc.)
- Configure basic network security
- Enable devices to share internet access, files, printers and other media (i.e. photos, videos, music, etc.)
- Voice over IP (VoIP) set up if applicable
- Repair network and internet connectivity if necessary
