Our Package Goal:

Provide the bride- & groom-to-be with partial planning and consultation on the topics of most importance to them and offer wedding weekend support to ensure that everything runs smoothly & all of their wishes come true!

Before your BIG Day: (12-15 hours)

• Five 60-90 minute planning sessions to accomplish those tasks which are most urgent and important for successful overall wedding planning (approx. once per month)
• Overview of all venue & vendor contracts to help con¿rm that all necessary details have been considered
• Master event week & wedding day timeline preparation
• “Week of” vendor con¿rmation
• Final walk through at ceremony & reception sites

The BIG Day! (& Rehearsal): (16-18 hours)

• Coordinate wedding rehearsal & assist with rehearsal dinner (as needed)
• Manage vendors, deliveries & ¿nal payments as needed
• Oversee ceremony & reception set up and decor
• Manage ¿ow of event timing according to your preferences
• Assist Bride, Groom, members of the Bridal Party & family as needed (your own personal assistant for the day!)
• Direct ceremony processional & reception introduction entrances
• Troubleshoot & problem solve any last minute day of issues
• Come prepared with an on hand emergency kit with all of the essentials for the day

This package is valid only in the Chicagoland area. You Name It will travel no farther than 50 miles outside of our office in Geneva, Illinois.
