Item Description

You are bidding on the preparation of a pair of reciprocal simple wills for husband and wife. The package includes health care proxies for each of you.

A Simple Will provides for the distribution of assets for an uncomplicated estate. Doing a Simple Will with the guidance of an attorney allows you to be made aware of state laws which may affect the distribution of your assets and to help assure that your assets are properly and efficiently transferred upon your death, in accordance with your instructions.

A Simple Will allows you to appoint an executor and if you have minor children, guardians to care for them and trustees to handle any financial issues on their behalves. Simple Wills provide instructions on how the important matters of your life will be handled in the event of your death.

Please note: Simple Wills do not include powers of attorneys which are an important part of an overall plan, nor do they include restructuring real estate, which is often times advised when the children are fiscally mature.
