Matt Prentice, A Culinary Experience is a creative foodservice group designed to promote culinary excellence in their restaurants, catering venues, foodservice consulting and Hospital Wellness consulting.  All of their menu items have Michigan ingredients in some form.  Whenever possible, their ingredients will be local to not only provide the height of freshness and quality but to also support our State.   

They are a chef driven company that creates interesting concepts and pairs them with outstanding service of great food and beverage that attempts to always exceed their guest's or clients' expectations. 

Morels, which is part of the restaurant group, is a celebration of Michigan.  Their wine list is the first indicator with its huge selection of local wines.  The celebration continues with Chef John Breeland’s menu that features Michigan ingredients in every dish and is as close to “farm to table” as any restaurant in town. 

You and a guest will enjoy a Winter Mushroom Madness from Chef John Breeland.  First course is a Carmelized Onion & Brie Pierogi, other courses include:  Morel Shooter (soup), Warm Chicken Confit & Wild Mushroom Salad, and a choice of Porcini Encrusted Chicken, Cauliflower Risotto or Roasted USDA Prime Tenderloin and a Chocolate Pot au Creme with Meringue Morels.
