Item Description

Second cousins share the same great-grandparents.  We are the sixth generation of Brackins descended from Ireland who have lived in Carrol County.  Our great-grandparents were Mary Jane (Rutledge) and Cornelius Brackin.  Our ancestors carved out a life, raised numerous children, were hard working productive members of the community.

We are so proud of our heritage and feel that Carroll County has given so much to us.  Our goal is to showcase crafts and handmade items made proudly within this county we call home.  These items are just a sampling of the riches that have made this county what it is today. We hope you enjoy!  - Peggy (Baughman) Brannon and Sandy (Booth) Perdue.
