The Executive Chef uses modern interpretations of traditional recipes from diverse Italian regions, and more particularly Tuscany. The Four Seasons has designed a unique gastronomical program for those who want to discover the secrets behind Tuscan and Florentine dishes. You'll learn how to prepare authentic and traditional dishes such as pappa al pomodoro, bruschette, panzanella, ribollita, sughi, il taglio della bistecca alla fiorentina, and prodotti di Cinta Senese. A section of the class will also be devoted to the wines from four wine-producing regions - Chianti, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Bolgheri, and will be lead by the sommelier.
