Chef Justin will prepare and personally present a menu of dishes presented during his season on HELL’S KITCHEN. Have a dinner experience of a lifetime in the comfort of your home and be the envy of your friends while supporting a great cause. Chef Justin is an accomplished, composed and charismatic chef personality whose specialty is contemporary american cuisine. Professionally, Chef Justin graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education (2002) in New York City and has worked at a number of premier restaurants including New York's renowned 21 Club, where he earned the distinction of being one of the youngest sous chefs in the restaurant's history. In addition to Gordon Ramsay, he has also been privileged to work with other accomplished chefs such as Marcus Samuelsson, Susur Lee, and Gabrielle Hamilton. Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for two adults in either Northern New Jersey and New York City (Manhattan) areas only and must take place in a private home
• Call to schedule mutually agreed upon date within one year of close of auction (all holidays excluded from selection)
• Dinner package/certificate expires and becomes void on February 1, 2014
• Every effort will be made to schedule this experience at the earliest possible date convenient to both parties, but please note it may take up to three months to schedule based on availability
• Cannot be resold, copied, or re-auctioned
• Gratuity, travel expenses and accommodations are not included
• The chef will prepare all dinner courses before arriving to the home
• All courses and ingredients to be selected by Chef Justin
• A $200 administrative fee will be taken from the winning bid and
  presented to Chef Justin' to cover non-labor expenses
• Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are not included in the dinner party experience
• Commercial use of photos, video and other media from the private dinner party is prohibited
• The winning bidder must provide all dinner place settings including but not limited to china, plates, cups, saucers, glasses, cutlery, tables, napkins, chairs and decoration as needed/desired
• Notification of all food allergies and other medical conditions for each dinner party guest must be disclosed at time of dinner party booking
• Additional detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder
