Item Description
Have a memorable, unique birthday party for your child -- without the stress of planning! Maggie HIcken will plan your child's next birthday party to take place in your home (or mutually agreeable location). Maggie will meet with parents and the birthday child to discuss the theme, activities, guest list and event budget. Her consultation also includes the full outlined plan, time line, and vendor list for the party. This package includes custom, hand-made invitations and a special party favor for each child guest. Pastry chef, Bryant Stuckey, will also provide a custom cake, worth up to $100. Subject to availability, Maggie can also execute the actual event for an additional fee.
Item Special Note
Winner to contact planner directly to schedule the party for a mutually agreeable date and time. Valid for parties between 05/01/13 and 04/30/14. The initial planning meeting must take place 60 days prior to the party. The following dates are not available: 05/04/13-05/05/15; 05/11/13-05/12/13; 07/13/13-07/14/13; 09/14-09/15. For a party taking place on 08/15/13-09/30/13, the initial planning meeting must take place by 06/15/13.
