Citizens Kitchen & Bar’s carefully-crafted menu features American comfort food at its best. Offering everything from continental breakfast to soup & salad combinations, hearty build-your-own sandwiches and signature entrees, Citizens Kitchen & Bar has a dish to satisfy any guest’s craving. Chef Massie’s signature dishes include: Andy’s Bag of Ribs, dry rubbed baby back ribs, crispy onions, pot slow cooked beans; Southern Fried Chicken with jalapeno honey and coleslaw; and the Fatty Melt, tomato grilled cheese with chopped onions and Citizens’ special sauce. Completing the meal, Citizens Kitchen & Bar also offers a mélange of side dishes including Smothered and Covered Tots, Corn on the Cob and a Pot of Baked Beans.
For the more adventurous diners, Citizens Kitchen & Bar entices guests with the Muffalata Challenge. Designed to feed six, the $135 gargantuan sandwich will be complimentary if one person eats it by themself. As an extra sweet touch, Citizens Kitchen & Bar also serves homemade signature donuts, perfect for any meal of the day.
In keeping with its ode to Americana, Citizens Kitchen & Bar’s interiors feature pewter and muted metals, antique mirrors and banquettes with distinct buttons and stitching with seating for 230 guests. Conceptualized by leading international design firm Munge Leung, who also created The Light Group’s stylish and sophisticated nightclub 1 OAK at The Mirage, the 6,787-square-foot Citizens Kitchen & Bar allows its guests to enjoy two separate dining rooms with both bar and patio options.
To accompany its delicious cuisine, Citizens Kitchen & Bar also offers a vast selection of beers, as well as a full service bar.
