The In-Home Chef package from Bar + Bistro at The Arts Factory lets you have executive chef Beni Velasquez create a very special dinner for four, including dessert, in your home!
Bar + Bistro is located at the Arts Factory, in the heart of the 18b Las Vegas Arts District. At Bar+Bistro, every dish, every sauce, every meal, is homemade and meticulously prepared with the freshest of ingredients. Bar+Bistro supports our community and locally sources ingredients whenever possible. Enjoy food, wine and art in the artistic, funky surroundings of the Bar+Bistro.
Executive Chef Beni Velasquez’s Latin fusion focus stretches from Spain, Italy and France and follows the shores of Morocco, Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. Bar+Bistro's menu reflects these influences from Velazquez’s experiences growing up in a Puerto Rican family in New York City, traveling through Spain, cooking with Italian and French chefs at the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons resorts and working with Asian and Indian cuisines in Los Angeles.
