Item Description
This letter shall be delivered to the winner of an auction at the SLO Christian School for the preparation of a simple will from The Law Office of Bradley D. Liggett. Subject to the conditions below, the bearer of this letter is entitled to the following legal services:
• A one-hour estate planning consultation
• One (1) will (or two (2) reciprocal wills for a married couple or registered domestic partners)
• One (1) Durable Power of Attorney for Property Management (or two (2) reciprocal powers of attorney for a married couple or registered domestic partners)
• One (1) Advance Health Care Directive (or two (2) reciprocal health care directives for a married couple or registered domestic partners)
My normal rate for the above services is $500 for a single person and $700 for a married couple or registered domestic partners. If a revocable living trust is requested in lieu of or in addition to the above, the bearer of this letter shall receive a discount of $500 if the bearer sets up a single-person trust or a discount of $700 for a married couple or registered domestic partners who set up a two-person trust.
To redeem this offer, please contact my office and schedule an initial consultation. You must surrender the original of this letter to me in order to redeem this offer. This offer is subject to my conflicts screening process. Although it is unlikely that a conflict will arise, please be aware that I cannot represent a potential client where a conflict between that person and a current client exists. This letter must be surrendered by March 26, 2014; otherwise, this offer is void. This letter and offer is fully transferrable to a third party.
