Item Description
Ever wonder how Judaism plays a role in the TV show Big Bang Theory?
Then. . .
Come hear Mayim Bialik, Emmy-nominated Best Supporting Actress for her role as Amy Farrah Fowler on The Big Bang Theory, discuss how she balances her life as a religiously observant Jew working in Hollywood.
Her keynote is entitled "Being Jewish and Observant in Hollywood: What Are the Values That Keep Me Sane?"
And wait, there's more. . .
As a supporter of BHDS, you and THREE (3) friends are invited to join an intimate light lunch and conversation with Dr. Bialik before her keynote at noon, March 17th, at the Osher Marin JCC. You will be with a small group of leaders and supporters of Lehrhaus Judaica and the Osher Marin JCC.
Keynote speaker Dr. Mayim Bialik holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience, has two young children, is a spokesperson for the Holistic Moms Network, and recently published her first book, Beyond the Sling.
