After growing up in the business environment of a busy hair salon. Jeffrey received hair dressing training at Vidal Sassoon, London, England and immediately following an apprenticeship at Lucie Saint Clair, Paris, France. Returning state side, Jeffrey began doing hair and business in one of the most prestigious and demanding markets in the world, Beverly Hills, California. Developing a VIP celebrity clientele early on, Jeffrey advanced into management at the established world renowned Giuseppe Franco salon.
