Item Description
Recently featured in The Oregonian, Mr. Rosica is known as the TriMet sketcher. He rides the bus to and from places and finds the people who ride with him to be fascinating subjects of his art. Kelly House, of The Oregonian, recently wrote What makes his art interesting is the subject matter. He sketches fellow passengers on Portland's public buses, and little elseAs Rosica sketches, his lips purse into a frown of concentration. A few people catch his brief upward glances, but he ignores their questioning looks. Rosica's pencil barely lifts from the page as he sketches his surroundings -- an entire scene in 15 seconds or less. Chatterbox is a worthy piece of art created in a short moment of inspiration.
