Complete, personalized estate planning package, including consultation with estate planning attorney and preparation of all necessary estate planning documents -- Wills (and complementing Revocable Trusts, if desired), Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney, if desired. Consultation will include discussion of and guidance as to all relevant estate planning issues, including naming guardians for minor children, creating trusts to safeguard assets (for spouses/partners and/or minor children) and federal and state estate tax planning, all of which will be incorporated into the estate plan as needed. The package includes estate planning documents for both spouses/partners, if applicable.
