Item Description
Inspired by Mary McDonald's love of Chinoiserie, this finely woven linen print is derived from an antique Chinese painted silk mural panel. The delicately interpreted design features exotic birds among a flowering tree of peonies and cherry blossoms. The grandly scaled pattern retains the mural-like aspect of the original panel, with ground below and sky above the graceful arbor. Its scale and height combine with a clear and soft color palette, making it a perfect choice for elegant curtain panels, duvets or wall upholstery. This richly embroidered tape is inspired by an intricate Chinese fretwork design. The subtly shimmering embroidery adds a silky appearance to this elegant trimming, which is interpreted in shades of soft grey against ivory cotton grounds. The quiet geometry of Labyrinth Tape will add a polished look to curtain edges, upholstery and bed skirts, pillows and chair backs. Dimensions: 4 panels, each measuring 54’’ Wide x 4 Yds High.
